General Statement

① AkzoNobel Powder Coating

The powder coating meets the requirements of HG/T 2006-2022 “Thermosetting and Thermoplastic Powder Coatings” (Type I, Class II, for indoor use on ferrous substrates). It exhibits uniform appearance and color, free from foreign matter, and remains in a loose powder form. Sieve residue (125μm) and film appearance comply with testing requirements.

1. Zero Solvent Addition: The electrostatic powder coating process utilizes physical electrostatic adsorption for solid-state spraying, requiring no volatile organic solvents throughout the entire process, fundamentally reducing the emission of hazardous substances.

2. Low Formaldehyde & Zero VOC: During the high-temperature baking process, trace amounts of residual formaldehyde within the substrate are accelerated in decomposition. Simultaneously, the surface powder cures into a dense, continuous film, effectively sealing the board and controlling the release of formaldehyde, VOCs, and other harmful substances. According to tests conducted by authoritative institutions, no formaldehyde was detected in the finished powder-coated board, delivering truly reliable environmental performance.

3. Non-Toxic & Odorless: Powder-coated boards do not emit toxic or harmful gases during either production or use, posing no risk to human health.

1. Abrasion-Resistant & Corrosion-Resistant: Powder-coated boards utilize 100% solid powder coating, primarily composed of epoxy resin, which forms a high-strength protective layer after curing. The coating surface boasts high hardness, and its impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance all outperform solvent-based coatings, effectively extending the service life of the board.

2. Waterproof & Moisture-Proof: The powder-coated board features a 360° fully enclosed coating film, with six sides seamlessly integrated in one piece. Its high density eliminates the need for edge banding, achieving a moisture barrier rate of over 99%. It delivers exceptional performance in waterproofing, moisture resistance, and mold prevention.
